Waukegan Airshow – 2007

Georgia and I went to the Waukegan Air Show today. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day to be out at the airport. Temperature was in the low 70s and the sun was shining. There was just enough of a breeze to keep the air moving. With great weather and excellent performers, it was a wonderful way to spend a Saturday.

Back to flying tomorrow. I have two flights scheduled. I will do a solo in the morning and then a dual session with Sandy in the afternoon.

    unfortunately i missed the show because of some office emergency… would you mind sharing the photographs you might have taken?
    btw, I am prashant and I am also taking flying lessons at Stick & Rudder club at Waukegan Airport.. 🙂

    Hi Prashant,

    I will put some photos on Flikr later in the week – just way too much going on right now for me to get to it. I can also put some on a DVD for you and drop them off at the club or meet up with you there. I will let you know when I have them organized.

    What stage of training are you doing now? Please keep us posted on how it is going.
